"Madersperger Museum", Kufstein

The "Madersperger Museum", a small museum in "Kufstein" illustrates the life of the founder of the sewing machine in an entertaining way, with the use of multimedia support. Concentrated in a small area, a short, lively presentation recalls the memory of the big man from Kufstein.

First Tyrolean "Holzmuseum in Wildschönau" (wood museum)

In an authentic, traditional Tyrolean wood house, visitors can discover the region's customs and wood carving going back to the 17th century. Hubert Sacher, the wood carver and sculptor, shows his visitors over an area of 200sq m, wood carving from the time of his ancestors up to the present.

Around 2000 exhibits are on display over the two floors of the museum as well as outside. From woodnail to woodworm, the artist offers a lively presentation of the traditions of the wood industry.
